First negative experience on Etsy, ever - poor quality product and rude interaction. Map had liquid drips / smears on both the front (issue) and back (non-issue, but reflected the problem with the front). The defect was unrelated to the print quality/ appearance, rather the messy finishing. I sent photos and requested a replacement - received a snarky response about my understanding of the appearance of an antique map, and was told to return the map for replacement. Price to return from US was 2/3 the cost of map; so, I followed up to ask for refund if I showed the product destroyed. Crickets. Had the interaction been more pleasant, I might've pursued further, but it wasn't.
